TRI-CHILLED ROLLER MILL

Applications：

Paints and inks, Toners, Coating Masses, Pigments and Dyestuffs, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, and other high viscosity liquid grinding.

Characteristics：

• Tri-Chilled Type Three Roller Mill incorporate all of the newest design features and advanced technologies on production size Three-Roller Mill. Wide range of applications for low to high viscosity masses.
• The material to be milled is placed between the feed and center rolls. Each adjacent roll rotates in different speeds that generate shear forces to disperse the material.
• Rollers are made of harden high density FCMW34 chilled iron with a uniform hardness on the roller surface. The surface hardness is over HS70°. Except Model : HMA-305 laboratory type, 3"dia Laboratory type are made of SACM Nitrogen steel, the surface hardness is HV900°. The deep chilled rollers can withstand rapid high pressure and temperature changes that makes the rollers can be used continuously in a longer time. All rollers are ground parallel and tested for maximum accuracy of hardness and durability. The finished ground products are finely homogenized that fineness can be down to 5£gm.
• The speed ratio of the three roll is
  1 : 3 : 9 
  (Feed Roller: Middle Roller : Front Roller).
  
• All three rollers equip heavy duty Double Row Self-Aligning Spherical Roller Bearing which automatic produce balanced alignment of the rollers, and precise optimal self-regulation gap between rollers.
• Each roller equips a independent full length water cooling bored chamber to maintain constant temperature and uniform dispersion across the entire surface of the roller for best production quality.

Fully Hydraulic Three Roller Mill

Characteristics：

• Three rollers cast by turning type of centrifugal double metals, the thickness of hardness is 20mm on roller surface, the hardness is HS80°. Roller density more than Chilled Iron, this high density of roller and more hardness of roller to make the grinding job more easily to succeed the requirement of particle size which under 5 micron, and let roller more stable while rolling.
• Three roller uses CNC high precision grinder to make for outer diameter, it makes the rollers as accurate real round, this accurate round to make the grinding job perfectly between rollers.
• Due to more thickness and more hardness of roller surface, and more higher density by means of centrifugal double metals casting, 
  three rollers has at least 15 years of using life which no need to replace, and no any metal pollution happen on roller surface to pollute the raw materials.
• Three rollers design the transmission as high load double row self-aligning spherical roller bearing, it can adjust automatically the setting of roller balance, to keep the closing accuracy between roller's gap.
• The grinding function is depending the space of roller gap and the speed¡¦s difference of three rollers. Each adjacent roll rotates in different speed that will generate the shearing force to grind and disperse the materials as requiring particle size. The speed ratio of the three roll is 1:3.5:12 (feed roller: middle roller: front roller). The roller speed has 3 times faster than common three roller mill.
• Three rollers has individual cooling system, also equips inlet water thermometer and outlet water thermometer to check the temperature's variation, according to the temperature's variation to control the flowing water and keeping the rolling temperature in suitable situation.
• Hydraulic system controls the roller to go forward or back, also can adjust the individual roller pressure.
• Hydraulic system controls the doctor blade up or down, also can adjust the pressure of doctor blade.
• Four easy access emergency-off switches to ensure the safety operations. 
  Electronic controlled overload automatic stop to ensure the safety operation, it equips with alarm lamp.
