Applications：

Paints, Inks, Sealants, Adhesive, Viscose Mass, Putty, Foodstuff, Dyestuffs, Ointments, Cosmetics...etc high viscosity production.

Characteristics：
  • Main design are for press-packing finished production from two shafts, three shafts, four shafts high viscosity Mixer.
  • Uses hydraulic system to control the pressing plate up/down.
  • Mixing tank fix on fixing seat, the tank can lift up to setting position, then, lock the height fixing bolt, then, start the press-packing operation.
  • Main hydraulic pressure (for pressing plate) can be adjusted according with product's Viscosity, it can also be adjusted according with press-packing speed.
  • Pressing plate assembles air discharging hole, before to press the pressing plate down into the drum, you have to open the air discharging valve, then, operate the pressing plate down to touch the upper of raw material which in drum, while pressing, the air between upper raw material and pressing plate will discharge out from discharging hole. When pressing plate had touched the upper part of raw material, now you have to close the discharging valve, and operate the pressing plate to press the raw material out from drum outlet valve.
    (Can also add the vacuum pump to draw the air out from tank)
  • Pressing job can be done by auto or hand operation, the workman can be changed according to the producing requirement. when pressing plate to press the raw materials down to the drum bottom and let raw material in drum out from drum completely, then, the supporting shaft will touch the sensor and make pressing plate stop automatically.
  • When you finished the press-packing job, first to open the discharging valve, then, operate the pressing plate up to the top (had already lifted from drum), when goes to the top, the supporting shaft will touch the sensor and make pressing plate stop automatically.
  • When pressing plate goes up to the top, to take out the height fixing bolt, then, press tank down button to let tank low down to the ground.
    To loose the tank fixing bolt and remove the tank.
  • HMP-series are standard lifting height (400mm H from ground to outlet valve),
    HMP-A series are higher lifting height (1000mm H from ground to outlet valve). Special request of lifting height can be made accordingly by customer.

Drum Tank Press-Filling Machine for 50Gallon Oil Drum Tank

Applications：

Available for press-discharging high viscosity 50 Gallon raw material drum.

Characteristics：
  • To suit for standard size of 50 gallon oil drum tank in discharging and packing job.
  • Hydraulic system to control the pressing plate up or down.
  • 50 gallon drum to put on the setting position which under the round plate of pressing machine, then, uses the oil drum protector to hold and fix the oil drum, then, lock tie the screw nut, then, to start the press-discharging job.
  • Main hydraulic pressure (for pressing plate) can be adjusted according with product's Viscosity,
    it can also be adjusted according with press-packing speed.
  • Pressing plate assembles the discharging hole and outlet hole on above part, the outlet hole connect with pipe, before to press the pressing plate down into the oil drum, you have to open the air discharging valve, then, operate the pressing plate down to touch the upper of raw material which in drum, while pressing, the air between upper raw material and pressing plate will discharge out from discharging hole. When pressing plate had touched the upper part of raw material, now you have to close the discharging valve, and operate the pressing plate to press the raw material out from drum outlet valve.
